Here is my reading post. I have two photo's, one of my story and one of my questions. The book that I'm reading is No Driver? It's about a Google Car. It's not fast. It's not big. It's definitely not flashy. But it does do something pretty cool: It drives itself.

Here are 2 photos of my Read theory. Read theory, is just another link for a reading site. So if you get all your questions wrong, you go down one grade. You can go as high as you want in your grads, you just have to earn it. By building your skills, you have to get all your questions right, and you will go up one grad. Here are two quick snapshots of my work. My book that I am reading is Zoos and Petting Zoos.

Read Thory

Here is my ReadTheory post. I am a Grade 3. I am reading Bella Hides. I have taken a photo of my story that I was reading, and a photo of my results. Well actually my right questions and wrong questions. I actually was going to read You Are What You Eat, but then I thought about it and I decided to read Bella Hides. This book is about a girl named Bella. She hides away from her mum, because she doesn't want to go to her doctors appointment. Here are the photos.

Readthoery: Ukulele.

Kia Ora. This is my reading post for this week. I am reading this book called Ukulele. I have found out that a Ukulele is exactly like a small guitar. It only has 4 strings. Here is a quick presentation of my Read Theory post. Read Theory is just like another reading site. It;s very helpful. You actually get to learn heaps from reading and answering questions. So first in Read Theory, you have to read the following text, and then you answer questions. Sometimes you can have 3 and then you can have 8.

Reading

Here is my reading post. I have been talking and writing at the same time to try and post this last post. Me and my friends are fighting to try and get this last post finished. I have done a quick reading test and I just need to post it up.. This is my last post and I done.

Goosebumps.

Kia Ora. So today I haven't done much for my book review, but that is the page that I got up to. I went to page 24, were the spooky and cool part is. So I got my book for the Kaikohe Library. I have tried to get all my blog posts done just in a week, and I accomplished it. So yeah, here is a short and quick presentation on my review. Enjoy.

Book Review.

Kia Ora. Today I have chosen to do a book review on Alice Jones The Ghost light. I wasn't told to do this. I just thought to Self Manage myself and get on with something creative. My old teacher Whaea Gaylene always told the class to Work harder not smarter. I know that it ain't much but at least I done something.

Baa-Mite

Today we finally finished our Baa-Mite video. This is a radio play. I really did enjoy doing this today. The hardest part for me was when we had to keep restarting the video and trying to remember my lines. I really do think we done a great job. Enjoy.

Reading!

I finally had the time to go and finish off my reading. I had the chance to read some of my reading and I got to publish it too. I am so happy that I have most of my blog posts posted. I am really really super happy that I had the time to finish my reading. Next week I will do some more reading and publish it up.

Who likes Reading? Because if you do this is the place to stop at.

We are learning to read with fluency

To be successful I will:

• Pause at commas
• Stop at full stops
• Sound natural (not like a robot)
• Adjust my reading speed when I come  to difficult words

I learnt how to adjust my reading speed when I come to difficult words. If you think that I have any mistakes please comment down below.

How do I sound?

W.A.L.T use fluency and expression.I learned to speak loudly and clearly pause at full stops and commas and change the speed of my voice.I was able to speak loudly and clearly and I was able to change the speed of my voice. What I found hard was when I didn't have anything to write about and then I thought about writing about hazardous waste. My next step is to try learn and say my writing off by heart.
